Theo, who has been qualified for over 18 years now was booked at The Family Centre New Addington Croydon for a two hour slot and carried out 6 back, neck and shoulder massages for 6 young Mums. Some of them have never had a massage before. Theo provided his own massage couch, towels and oil.  Each mum was required to fill out a consultation form before their massage. Massage In The Work Place “Chair Massage” / “On-Site Massage”

In the Work Place

In the Work Place

The Chair Massage or Work Place Massage is ideal for Companies and can be scheduled during working hours.  Chair massage is also great for Staff-Employee Incentives and Special Events, such as Promotions, Conferences, etc.

A stiff neck – Achy shoulders – Back pain.  Anyone who has ever sat behind a desk all day will recognize the symptoms of workplace fatigue.

Most office related physical symptoms can be attributed to loss of circulation. Tight muscles caused by stress and sitting behind a desk all day, especially at a work station that is not ergonomically designed, can impede blood and lymph flow through the body. The result is mental fogginess, decreased energy and susceptibility to repetitive stress injuries, like carpal tunnel syndrome.

Chair massage counters the circulatory problems inherent with office work and provides a much appreciated break for employees.  A Chair Massage will open up the back muscles, relieves strain on the neck and provides a gentle respite for eyes usually glued to a computer monitor.  A 10/15 minute Massage to the back, neck and shoulders can increase circulation, relieve those achy muscles and rejuvenate your Work Force and help keep the body injury free.

Regular Chair Massage will also have a dramatic effect on you Staff absentees and Work Output.
